I wondered how often this should be practiced one a day, twice, or more, as it mentioned it was better to do it too long and too much than to neglect any part of it. In talking about the Etheric Vortex, the last sentence of page 105 states "....after the triangulation process for the day is completed." To do Phase I Triangulation completely with focus intent would take some time, so I am thinking that sentence if saying this is a once a day process. ??

Second last paragraph on 109-"...until radiating powers are attained to offset the effect of the heavy fields and inner smogs of humanity." And middle paragraph page 105-"There comes a time when the causal field or soul body becomes organized and intense enough to burn most of this gathered debris on contact." To both of these statements I say....Yes Please!
Theresa - I too am not sure of the frequency for practicing phase 1. Maybe once thoroughly a day minimum, then maybe playing with it throughout the day would be okay?
Bottom of page 107- "...by the Soul which sometimes takes over from the visualized program with a program of its own." I really like how they said this because There have been times when I've willed my meditation "back on track" only to feel I'd missed an opportunity due to my exertion of habitual pattern.

It was an instruction suggested that soul-hierarchy contact as Phase 1 should be brief and dynamic. This is recognized uniquely by each person unless external trained Observers are available. This moves you to affirming the realization that the soul does the work..
The Central channel is recognized as the next goal and the triangulation guidelines are as given on p 102. Note slow means concentrated and sustained application of visualization.this is where the personality held or guided under the light of the soul regulates the cooperating mental and emotional cooperation of the personality. It does not mean prolonged. 10-15 minute is brief & dynamic. Better to go slower and longer by repetitions daily rather than more and longer in each day..
On p107 " until the disciple can sense when to see invocation of the vortex, he should use it for at least five minutes after phase 1 work has been done. "
On page 109: it should be noted that this process of clearing with the whirlwind, at this stage of the work, should be continued from 3 to 5 minutes. ".
This process can be used as each disciple her server feels fit and suitable to their individual environment externally and ecology internally. However it is worthwhile to note that there is more work to do. The next phase is the whitening of the central channel. This will lead us to the completion of phase 1. All of this and easily be done once practice over several months in about 10 to 20 minutes. Phase 2
: The purification of the vehicles is an entirely other process. I hope this helps give some guidelines of support.
